All express or implied warranties not stated here (including loss of data, profits, or business interruptions) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

GreenTechStack provides no warranties regarding the fitness, performance, or reliability of listed tools, APIs, or services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data corruption.

Our maximum liability, if applicable, is limited to fees paid for premium services.

8. Responsibilities

GreenTechStack is not responsible for third-party content, functionality, or security risks. Users access and use submitted tools and resources at their own risk.

9. Service Modifications

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Premium services may be introduced with separate terms.

10. General Terms and Law

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
• No Partnership: Use of GreenTechStack does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
• Prohibited Use: You may not misrepresent affiliation with GreenTechStack or use the platform for illegal activities.
